Setting up Dell Multifunction Printer/Scanner to Network

I at some point had gotten my Dell S2825cdn scanner/copier/printer to scan to a folder on my Macbook Pro. However, I had to reset the settings on my printer and now can't figure out what settings I used to scan on the network.

My shared folder is properly set up (as it's the same one that I used when it was working in the past). It's located on Macintosh HD/Users/*username*/Documents/Scanned Folder. I have used my Mac's username and password as well as my "contact" name (Jane Doe) and password. However, I keep getting "Login Authentication Error check login username and password."

Anyone help me out to fill out the form properly? I'm using SMB. I've tried port 139 and 445. My firewall is off. I've tried different path names and shared names. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Of course, Dell documentation sucks, so there is no help there. Thanks!

I figured it out for anyone else that has this issue.

1) You need to go to Preferences -> Sharing -> File Sharing -> Options... -> Click on Windows File Sharing for the account you want the Login to be.

2) Server Address: your device's network address

3) Share Name: exact name of shared folder

4) Server Path: Leave Blank (folder can be located anywhere in your system. doesn't have to be in root folder to leave blank)

5) Port: 139

6) Login Name: The account name in #1

7) Password: Password for account name in #1
