how do i reinstall the self service app if accidentally deleted?

Hi, I have a colleague who has accidentally deleted the self-service app on her school iPad. Any idea How to reinstall it?

Restarting the iPad will trigger a check-in which should reinstall the app.

Bug in settings I have never repaired my iPhone 11 but after recent software my device started showing app display in service history. How is it possible when i never repaired my devices, please fix this bug asap with new update. [Edited by Moderator]
