When I open a file from the Files app on my iPad, Goodreader is automatically opened.

It sounds like a third-party application is opened on your iPad when you open files in the Files app. We'd love to look into this with you.

Does that application open when you try to view any other content on your iPad, or does it only happen when you open items in the Files app?
