How to delete default txt opening settings on File

I have txt files that I download from Safari. For reading, I downloaded a txt reader from the apple store, and transferred one file directly to the application. From then, the txt files would continue to open in the reader as a default and would not open with quickview unless i press on the file and select it. I would like my default txt opening style to be through quickview unless I specifically share to the viewer. Is there a solution for this? Please help, this is really bothersome.

I am using iOS 13.5.1.
