Try Updating your iPhone:

Perhaps this got misconfigured somehow? So, update your iPhone, to fix these bugs. Perform this update using:

• the iPhone itself
• a Mac
• or a PC, even

That sounds like your Home button is broken. Have you tried entering your passcode, then restarting your phone?
