Workday insists my pages pdf has a virus

The Workday app won't take my pdf file.

I saw the other post and also looked at adobe.

I got around this issue because i have access to a copy of Microsoft Word. i saved my resume in word (.docx) format, then opened it in Word and then saved it again as a pdf.

The Workday app took the pdf from Word without issue.

Note I didn't actually change anything in the document and at a quick look it is the same.
