How much will it cost if a endless reboot appears and you can’t fix it???

I tried everything to fix it hard reboot, force reboot, even updating it and restoring it.It always goes back to the endless reboot when I finished the process.The phone is fine.Only some damage on screen but not enough that I need new one.its just a corruption throughout the process that made my phone walk into a endless reboot problem.
