Unable to restore iPhone 11 Pro

So after 1 and a half years, my iPhone 11 pro 256 gb died.

Just after I got full storage alerts and tried deleting apps, app photo stopped working.

restarted the phone and got stuck on apple logo.

After several attempts to update or restore, including on 2 apple authorized centers, final result was that i needed to pay to replace it for a new one.

So my question is: why should I pay for a new phone if seems like a chronic issue, since There are other people talking about this kind of issue.
