In less than a month use, my phone is facing hardware issue. Started with software crash later couldn't Update or restore from iTunes.
Currently in iPhone service centre they asked for 7-10 working days. So, Whats next? Apple will replace or repair the phone?

Can I just ask for replacement because this can be a manufacture defect or faulty device?
