My phone battery is not working properly and now it crossed 1000 cycle and my phone is also under apple care protection plan so all i am asking about that whether apple change my battery free of cost or not..?

Apple's Apple Care+ Protection Plan will cover a free battery replacement only if your battery retains less than 80% of its charge capacity.
Head to Settings>Battery>Battery Health to check if Maximum Capacity is under 80%.
If your battery is faulty you may still be entitled to a battery replacement free of charge.
Contact Apple Support and they'll be able to guide you in the right direction.
