Is pages no longer a part of the Mac OS subscription
iMac, OS X 10.11
If you don't see Pages in your Applications folder, have you tried going to the Mac App Store and downloading Pages from there?

Pages, as well as Numbers & Keynote, have never been part of macOS/OS X. They are available as free downloads from the Mac App Store.
