Why my VISA debit card gets declined? I don’t see any problem with my card or nether in doing procedures of adding payment methods

You can try with a different card, most likely its being declined by the bank for some reason.
You can also check with your bank if they are able to see why it is declined(they should be able to)

I’ve tried that it still doesn’t work
