Cannot make Samsung C43 printer work with OS Catalina 15.6

I have updated the drivers and checked that the software uses 64 bit, but I keep getting a message "“rastertosec” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software." which prevents printing. I've tried closing down the printer and disconnecting and I have reset the printer in System preferences but I've now run out of ideas. How do I make the printer work again?

Thanks for helping but, Yes, the driver is the current one. Just checked.
