Its a jio problem not apple , no any solution from jio side right now but you can switch to airtel postpaid that’s only one solution you can back to jio after 6 month then its work properly.

signup on Twitter, Make a Tweet, tag Jio care, and mention your problem. In couple of days team jio care will contact you on Twitter.
no one is replying since 10 days none of them have any knowledge at all its pathetic Jio care and also Jio digital they don't know anything regarding this just useless

My problem solved I sent the complaint to care@jio.com they solved the problem (don't call jio care or go to jio store they don't know how to fix the problem) I just sent email to care@jio.com
