I still have a warranty on my iphone 7, does that mean I am uneligible for the batterygate settlement? The site does not recognize my serial number??

If your iPhone is still in warranty that means you purchased it after 2018 which makes it ineligible.
It was my understanding the settlement offered relief in the form of payment as compensation for batteries that caused abnormal performance. How Can anyone disprove this expense?
