Face ID Haptics Not Working when Authenticating Apps and Passwords

For some reason, I’ve stopped having the haptic feedback (two haptics when successful) when authenticating auto fill passwords and banking apps. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone, resetting Face ID, disabled and enabled system haptics under the sound settings and Accessibility. All other haptics around the interface works just fine, though. Can someone help? Thank you.

Hello hieurock11!

We see from your post that you are having some trouble with not getting haptic feedback when FaceID authenticates. We are happy to help look into some settings together to get that resolved. If you have checked in Settings > Sounds & Haptics > System Haptics enabled, and in Settings > Accessibility > FaceID & Attention > Haptic on successful authentication, then we recommend reaching out to our direct support teams here next: Get Support

We hope that helps! Take care.
