how come the sender can't see the imessage sticker even though they have an iphone?

Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). Apple ID for iMessage I’m using my Apple ID for iMessage it work for sending messages to other iPhone user but when I try to send to an android user it says not delivered when I try to send it again it still says the same what do I do?

After update, text is wierd I have my iphone 12 on automatic updates, but for some reason I noticed that there was an available update that didn't happen, so I manually initiated it. It updated from 15.something to 16.something. Right after that, if I text someone, they see the sender info as my Apple username instead of my regular name as usual, so they aren't sure it's me texting them. Also, in a group text chat, I no longer get the group's texts. Do you know what's going on?

Thanks for your post! We understand the recipient of an iMessage does not see the sticker you sent. Is that correct? Do you know if they are running the latest iOS update? Do they see your other messages you send? Does this issue only occur with one person?
