My airpod case battery doesn’t show up on my iPhone 11 Pro nor on my MacBook Pro

Hi,

I got new AirPods Pro about two months ago, everything was working fine until a couple of days, when i realized that my AirPods were not connecting to my devices.

I tried restarting the AirPods and now they are working back, but still cannot see the battery levels of the case neither on my iPhone widget, nor opening the case next to the iPhone nor on my MacBook Pro.

I made sure they were fully charged, but still nothing? any advice?
