reminders are missing from phone as well as icloud since last update

Just noticed that most of my reminders are missing from my phone as well as my icloud account, and some others were all garbled..... not sure what happened? please help.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Try -- Restore contacts, calendars, and more in Settings on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
