i erase all content and settings i want to get my photo back

So I want to give my husband my old phone for he can use it. But I wanted to earse everything and then give it to him like a brand new phone. But I accident click the erase all content and settings and it erase my photos that I did want to delete or erase and I did I really want to get them back. I did had my iCloud to my pictures but when I check in iCloud.com to see them they don't come up the pictures that I had.
