After resetting my iPad and recovering from iCloud backup, when I go to iphone storage > ‘review large attachments’ it’s empty. However I see large attachments in the messages. I followed all the steps on this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250068250 (I reinstalled from iCloud again) with same result. Anything else I can do?

I can’t figure out how to delete a post. After some research I figured out that my iPad version cannot upgrade to iOS 13 anymore (where the large attachment feature was introduced). Not sure why the feature is showing in Settings in the first place but I’ll leave things as-is.
