I bought icloud storage for the first time (200gb) since i did not have any storage left. After enabling for my photos to sync on icloud it is stuck at 1% while not synving any photos or reducing my storage
iPhone X, iOS 13
Extra iCloud storage doesn't increase the storage capacity on the device.
