For some reason when I go into my iMessages > info > see all photos, photos are missing. Usually I can see any photo ever sent in that thread and now it only holds random photos with no rhyme or reason. The photos still exist in the thread because if I were to try and scroll back they are still there. Yet, even recent photos, like within 24 hours, are not showing in the info>see all photos. How can I fix this?

To start, we want to make sure that your device is up to date with its iOS version. Go ahead and check for any available updates for your device using the steps in this article and check again afterwords:

We also would like to see if there might be a setting that could be interfering with those displaying properly. If you navigate to your Photos app and select the All Photos tab and scroll to the bottom, do you see a progress bar showing there? Take a look at the steps listed in this resource about iCloud Photos, specifically the section titled "Save space on your device" to see if the Optimize Storage setting is enabled:

I have the most recent software update (IOS 13.7).
When I go to the iPhotos app and select the All Photos tab and scroll to the bottom, but no progress bar. On both my iPhone and Mac I have Download and Keep Originals turned on.
When I go in the iMessage thread on another person's phone who I share the convo with, they still have all photos in their galleries but I don't. If you need any more info or description feel free to ask.

Thanks for that info and checking on those things for us. It sounds like everything is set as it should be. The next thing you can try is toggling iMessage off and back on again from your Settings menu. Navigate to Settings > Messages > and turn off iMessage. Restart your device then go back to that menu to turn iMessage back on again.
