Reparing of iphone11

Hello my name is Bogdan Dodon I have a iphone 11 128G stoarge (in the ofiicial stats of this device is writing that it is splash,water and dust resistance IP68 maximum deth of 2 meters up to 30 minuts)

I was swiming in a 140 cm pool with my iphone in pocket after 3 days on the display apear lines and random colors,after one day more the display turn off(in the ofiicial 1 year warranty rules is writting that it dont cover the water and other liquid damages)

Now i am asking what i need to do?I don’t want to pay 399$ for reparing.
