I need assistance with a subscription. The Flo subscription is set to expire Sept 9, 2020. I am requesting to cancel. I do not see the option to do so. How can I move forward?

If it is set to expire, that means you have already canceled it. And this is why you see no option to cancel it.


If it was going to be renewed it would say that it will renew on sept 9.


So you are already set!
