I am resetting my iphone 8 - i've erased data and contents and it restarts on the hello screen , i put in location language , wifi etc .
The apps and data screen does not come up . it goes to the home screen
I want to restore from icloud and need to get to the apps and data screen to do this - Any idea what i am doing wrong

no apps and data screen when i reset
