Music Quality with headphones on iPhone vs iPad mini

I had an iPhone XR and now an iPhone 11, i found out that both of them have very low quality audio (using the same earpods) in comparsion to an iPad Mini or a galaxy s7...i feel like the bitrate of the DAC is limited or very bad quality,( sorry for my english)...is there a way to say this to iOS engineers so they could develop a better audio ,like increase the bitrate or decompress the audio signal...idk its so fustrating :( oh and one. ore thing ,this has been true in iOS 12 and iOS 13.
