Unable to down load updated soft ware

Hello! If you are unable to download a software update, please first check that you have enough space on your harddrive. You can do this by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage
2. There you'll see a few tips on what to do to free up disk space if that is the problem

If that did not work, try this:

1. Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
2. Find the update in the list of apps.
3. Tap the update, then tap Delete Update.
4. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest update.
