iCloud storage

Good morning everyone, I haven’t been able to purchase storage and I have iTunes card available. It requests for a master card and I don’t have any.

How do I go about this?

Have you applied the iTunes Gift Card credit to your account? And are you sure it's not an Apple store gift card?

You should be able to purchase an iCloud storage subscription via the amount available on your iTunes Gift Card:

Make sure you are updated to the latest version of the OS available for your device.

If you have applied the card and have an available balance you may want to contact Apple support.
