I forgot my screentime password and I have 4 failed attempts, can I reset the password with out resetting my phone?

I forgot my screentime password and I have 4 failed attempts, so I cannot access the link to login with my AppleID to reset my password. How can I get back to that link?

iPhone 11, iOS 13
