Unable to take calls on my Mac.

I am unable yo take call, even though I've allowed "Calls on another device". When I accept my call from my iPhone and switch audio from iPhone to Mac then also I'm unable to listen to the call. Please help

 shreshth_1,

Thanks for that additional information.

From here, restarting may help as it ensures your device is working properly:

How to turn your Mac on or off

You can also try starting your Mac into safe mode, which runs some disk and system checks and try a call there, but please note that some features may not work while in safe mode. You can read more about safe mode, including on how to start into that here:

How to use safe mode on your Mac

You can test phone calls again after restarting out of safe mode to see if the issue persists.

Let us know how those steps go. In the meantime, have a great rest of your day.

Hey shreshth_1,

We understand that you're having issues with calls on your Mac device. You'll first want to ensure that both your devices meet the system requirements for Continuity, which allows you to take calls on other devices besides your iPhone:

System requirements for Continuity on Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch

This article also has additional helpful information about making and receiving calls on devices:

Make and receive calls on your Mac, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue continues or if we have misunderstood the situation, please answer the following questions to help us better understand what is going on:

1. Does the call have appeared to transfer successfully to the Mac, but you're unable to hear what the person on the other line is saying?

2. Are you using any headphones (wired or Bluetooth) with your Mac after transferring the call?

Take care!
