Can't receive calls on M1 iMac

Please can someone help. I've been online and tried all suggestions but iMac (macOS Monterey) can't receive calls. I've doubled checked that iPhone 11 and iMac are on same appleid and all necessary options checked on both iPhone and iMac but still nothing.
