I want to delete about 100 of 1000 photos on my XQD card. I don't want to click through every photo on my camera. When I had a Dell I just highlighted the photos and they deleted. Doing this on my MacBook doesn't seem to actually delete them from the card. Thanks!

How are you accessing the card? Finder? Image Capture? Photos?
In the Finder, the card will work like any drive. Delete files, empty trash, done.
That’s what I do but when I put the card back in the camera the photos are still there. Wait, do I need to empty the trash on my computer to get the files off of my card? Thanks
