Issue with Pairing wireless keyboard
I have an older iPad 16 gb, model MC960LL/A. I think. I'm trying to add a logistic wireless keyboard. Getting a message saying be sure "PR BT 8AA9 " is on. How do I check that and turn it on?

The message is on your iPad, correct?
If you're getting a message on your iPad referring to a specific device (the PR BT 8AA9), that suggests that it's on the iPad's list of paired devices, rather than as a new device, but now, when you try to connect to it, you get that message. This will be because you've told the iPad to connect to a previously paired device, but the iPad cannot find it, perhaps because it isn't powered on. Therefore, it's asking you to check that the keyboard is powered on.
Does the keyboard have an on/off switch? Is it on?
Alternatively, perhaps if you tap the Caps Lock or Scroll Lock key on the keyboard, to see if it turns on a light on the keyboard (which reminds you that you've turned that on). If a light comes on on the keyboard, then it is powered on (turned on).
