Ipad is in a infinite boot loop

Regarding Ipad pro 9.7 inch. Today suddenly my iPad went into infinite boot loop, I put it in charging the whole day, the following kept happening again and again. Battery with red mark in the middle of the screen, apple logo, restarting again sometimes with passcode enter screen. Of which I tried restoring the iPad through my mac, it showed your ipad cant be updated, you need to restore it, when selected it would verify and it would begin the restore process, but it would crash again and again. On my mac it would show an Error(9) occured. I followed the steps that apple support showed on their website regarding error nine but no luck. All my devices are updated to latest software and I have been using apple certified cables, but dont seem to understand the issue. Kindly give a solution.
