CBS Showtime Bundle not working

I purchased the CBS / Showtime bundle and showtime went away while CBS remained. I tried to get it back and instead I just got billed 10.99 for showtime. So now I don’t have the bundle and have been billed twice. Anyone else have this issue?

Apple TV HD, tvOS 14
