I just realized this morning that when adding certain contacts to my favorites, I am no presented with the call option. I’ve tried deleting the contact and adding it back in to no avail. Any ideas would be welcome.

When setting up the favorite, you have to select which method of contacting will also be marked as Favorite: it could be message, email or call, etc. and if the contact has more than one number, then you have to choose which number as well.

Thank you for the reply. I am aware that you have to choose the method of contact, that’s pretty much exactly the problem I’m having. For whatever reason, some of my contacts don’t present the option of call. My daughters phone for instance only gives me the option to message or google duo.
Never mind. I missed that there was a drop down arrow next to google duo which allowed me to add the phone. Thanks again for the help.
