I need to send some information to gain access to my deceased husband's apple account. But the article didn't say where to send things. Anyone have an idea? Thanks.

I think you are to take the items listed to your local Apple Store. If it is closed, you can contact Apple directly by clicking on Contact Support at upper right corner of any forum page.
