I am unable to download any apps. I have updated my payment options BOTH through the mobile and the website. The credit card which is being used is ok too. What issues am I facing and why?

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support


If its not this, what error message do you get? If any?
