How long does software update and info transfer take?

I have been transferring everything over from my old I phone and now my New Iphone is on Software Update 13.7 and has been for over 30 min + my old iphone is saying Keep phone near your New Iphone while info is transferred. How Long does this Take ?

The length of time depends on how much data you are transferring and how you are transferring it.

I have 10 GB of music alone on my device. That takes some time to transfer over.

I wouldn’t worry until you hit a couple hours.
