I have twice been charged for coins that I am certain I didi mot buy can you help me

I have been charged twice for coins for one of the slot apps. I am certain I did not purchase these coins as I have had between 2,000,000,000 and in excess of 1,700,000,000 coins on the meter since before the first so called purchase. What can w do about these charges?

iPhone 8, iOS 13
