Missing device on Find My

Had Two different devices and it disappeared from find my and I tried to get it recovery it and how does it works

Did you turn OFF Find My for those devices that have "disappeared from find my"?

Did you sign in with a new Apple ID on those devices?

Does someone else have access to your Apple ID login?
