Can’t use iPhone flash as battery is low. But is fully charged.

Hi, this week, when I try to take a photo there is a yellow warning, top left of screen. I click on it and text tells me I can’t use my flash as phone battery is low. The battery on my iPhone 11 is fully charged. Any ideas, please?

flash camera My iphone 11 always give me an error when i want to use the flash of the camera. In camera-app it says: flash is turned off 'The iPhone doesn't have enough battery-power and does need to be charged before u can use the flash.' In other apps as instagram, snapchat, ... flash isn't working as wel. When i try to use the flashlight without the camera, the light is working. Battery has 77% so it isn't a batteryproblem. Are you on low power mode?
