Cant get in my phone

I forgot my passcode from trying it too many times now my phone say connect to itunes ?

These are the instructions to re-gain access to your device, keeping in mind that, if you don't have a backup, your data will be lost:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
