I have placed an order for a MacBook Pro recently. It was shown in my orders part of apple store app with a status of preparing until today that no order is shown and I can’t find it. Even when searching in the order tab of the Apple website with order number and email no order can be found.
what can the problem be?
I have the same problem. It's says "Something went wrong" when trying to search the orders. Could that be some kind of website maintenance ?

Maybe
because i have not changed anything about my order and neither received any email about it
Now the problem is solved for me!
