I bought a Macbook pro from the Apple store, but now I can’t see the order if I try and check.
whenever i click on my order number in the email it opens che apple store app and a message pops up saying “If you would like to make changes to your order try again later”

Try to contact Apple Support and ask about circumstance you face with now.
I’m experiencing same issue here, I came to the community to see if I’m not the only one. I ordered MacBook Air 2 weeks ago and now I can’t even see the progress of my order. I hope they are just doing some weekend updates on Apple store and it’s nothing more serious than that! But an email from them would be great otherwise people start to worry.
this kinda calms me down, they’re probably doing some maintenance, still, a message, a different popup (maybe one that actually explained the situation) or an email would have been appreciated
Thank you kaz-k. I can see my order is now back on Apple store. I want to believe it was just a night update from the US and nothing more serious than that. If I will experience any more challenges I will keep you posted!!
I still got same message when I open my order from email to Apple store as ‘I can’t see my order at this time’. I will try again in few hours and see..
