Apple TV available in The UK

UK Apple TV apps requires a UK region Apple ID to download from the UK App Store. I wouldn’t recommend changing your Apple ID region just for a visit though, because of all the consequences of such a transition.

You need to be much more specific about the programming you want. I imagine the content is almost as vast as the US content.
