I cannot edit calendars in my iphone xr

Why can't I delete calendars on my phone. All of the discussions I've seen say "go to settings/accounts and passwords/subscribed calendars/delete the one you don't want". When I go to settings I see instead "passwords and accounts" and if I hit that I don't see "subscribed catalogues". I just see "Accounts" with the options "Icloud", Gmail, and then a delegate calendar I have. If I go directly to the Calendars it gives me the option to delete calendars but they come right back when I do that. Thanks, Bob
