How do you delete and edit events in calendar from iPhone 13, there are no options to do anything?

It depends on whether the calendar entry is one you added or one which is preinstalled on the calendar?

If it's a calendar even you entered, tap the even to open it, then tap Edit in the upper right hand corner and either edit or delete it.

What type of event are you wanting to remove?
