Homeland season 1, episode 13 purchase from AppleTV

I purchased the CBS All-Access and Showtime bundle, and have been watching "Homeland". On Apple products (Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, etc.) season 1 is listed as having 13 episodes. However, when you get to episode 13, it asks you to purchase the episode for $2.99. Here is what I have learned...

There is no episode 13 for season 1 of "Homeland". Episode 12 is the last episode in the season (you can go to the wikipedia page for the show to verify this). If you go ahead and purchase episode 13, you will find that the "episode" is just the last 40 minutes of episode 12. Exactly the same content.

It seems this mystery "episode" has been listed on Apple's showtime menu for some time (at least May 2020, based on other posts). Does anyone know why this hasn't been fixed yet?
